Dr. Frank

"Chiropractic GURU"

Dr. Frank Musante completed undergraduate and graduate work at Ithaca College in Exercise Physiology. He continued his graduate work at Northeastern University earning a masters of science in Cardiopulmonary Physiology. He then went on to do medical research for Harvard Medical School where he published articles and abstracts prior to returning to the University of Bridgeport College of Chiropractic and earned a doctorate of Chiropractic degree.


Dr. Frank is on a mission to help as many families reach their full potential with Chiropractic. Dr. Musante is married to Dr Kendra Becker-Musante and has two beautiful children.

Tara Hood APRN

"Autism Recovery Expert"

Tara Hood, APRN-BC, is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner licensed in Connecticut. Tara received her MSN from Quinnipiac University and BSN from the University of Connecticut. She entered private practice as a nurse practitioner hospitalist from 2004-2009, then worked in treated the under-served female incarcerated population from 2009-present. Tara has served in the Connecticut Air National Guard since 1995 to present, enlisting as an Air Force Medic and eventually transferring to a commissioned nursing officer, working currently as the Chief Nurse. Tara entered into integrative and functional medicine specializing in treating the root cause issues of diseases and disorders after her son was diagnosed with autism in 2014 at the age of 20 months. Since 2014 she has dedicated her practice to the holistic care of adults and children with complex medical issues, autoimmunity and Autism Spectrum Disorder.

"Genetic Genius"

Dr. Becker has integrated a Doctor of Naturopathy and Advance Practice Nursing Degree to provide the best possible care to her patients. Dr. Becker understands the importance of integrating conventional and holistic medicine and the importance of combining therapies appropriately.


Prior to becoming a physican, Dr. Becker spent 10 years practicing as an ICU nurse for both adults and children, specializing in cardiac surgery and cardiac anomalies, before studying naturopathic medicine.


Dr. Kendra Becker believes in healing through genetics and specialties in treatment of conditions such as asthma, autism, allergies, and eczema, as well as fertility. Dr. Becker integrates both a conventional background with homeopathic, naturopathic, herbal, and dietary treatments.


Dr. Becker lectures on various topics throughout the nation, has made various TV appearances to discuss the importance of naturopathic medicine, and is a member of various organizations.

Sarah Schindler

Crainosacral Technique Expert

Sarah brings over 15 years of experience to her clients. In 2001 she graduated from the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy, passed her national board exam, became nationally certified and a Connecticut licensed massage therapist; she began working in her own private practice as well as spending 7 years in a busy physical therapy clinic. She has treated patients with every type of injury imaginable and specialized in chronic pain management and sports rehab for many years. Building on what she learned practicing massage she began studies in women's reproductive health by obtaining her birth doula certification. She attended midwifery training at WomanCraft Midwifery Education in Amherst, Massachusetts and then went on to complete her postpartum doula certification through Sudharma Institute and placenta encapsulation training with International Placenta & Postpartum Association. Encapsulation is a something she is very passionate about! She was trained and is triple certified through IPPA, Biologix-Bloodborne Pathogens Certification and Servsafe Food Handlers to provide the safest encapsulation for her clients. She is also IPPA's Connecticut trainer--teaching others the art of placenta encapsulation. She is also a certified MotherMassage® therapist, an additional training in prenatal massage. She has been teaching Infant Massage Workshops for many years as well.
Recently, Sarah has become certified in Craniosacral through the Upledger Institute and intends to specialize in prenatal and Pediatric Craniosacral work. She is also currently training to become certified in Arvigo (Maya Massage) Technique. The Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy® are founded on the ancient Mayan technique of abdominal massage which is an external non-invasive manipulation that repositions internal organs that have shifted, thereby restricting the flow of blood, lymph, nerve and chi, aiding in infertility, PMS symptoms and so much more.
Sarah earned her Bachelor's of Science degree from Northeastern University in Boston with a major in Healthcare Administration and Biology. Currently she is attending Naturopathic Medical School at the University of Bridgeport; and is a 2018 Doctoral Candidate she is also earning a Master’s in Science in Clinical Nutrition simultaneously. She was awarded the position of being the University Campus Student representative for Bach Flower Remedies; she loves teaching and sharing her knowledge with others. Lastly and most importantly, Sarah intends to practice medicine as an associate physician at Family Wellness Centre of Connecticut with Dr. Becker upon graduation! When not at work or school she loves spending time outdoors with her husband and two dogs, a Boston Terrier and a Great Dane. Sarah makes every effort to meet the needs of all her clients and feels truly honored to have the privilege to work with each person she meets.
